Asita Engineering Consultants, Hyderabad, as a junior engineer, under the guidance of late Mr. M Rajeshwar involving preparation of process flow diagrams, P&I diagrams, Engineering flow diagrams, G.A diagrams, Equipment Layouts, Specification data sheet. Design of all process equipment such as, pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns (Tray/Bubble Cap/ Sieve plate), Reactors, etc., as per ASME, TEMA, IS codes.
Specialized Equipment: Designed, detailing and fabrication supervision also carried out for Advanced Gas Reactor (AGR), High vacuum distillation columns (Jacketed trays), Buss-Loop Reactors, Paddle drier (dual & single shaft), Rotating Disc Contractors, Fomenters, etc..

A V U Engineers, as Senior Manager (Designs, July, 1997 to Aug. 1998), involved in process and mechanical design of wet & dry back boilers, smoke tube and water tube boilers, economizer, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc., development of software packages for our regular designs in C language, Auto Lisp & Excel, co-ordination among design office, drawing office, quality control group and production engineers. And also use to interact with the inspection authorities of Messrs. Engineers India Limited (EIL), Tata Projects Limited (TPL), Lloyds, L&T, on technical clarifications on behalf of AVU.
Joined M/s. Enfab Industries Private Limited, as a Manager (Projects, Sep.1998 to Feb. 2000), involved in design and detail engineering, co-ordination with work shop, and Executed one Mineral Processing Plant, from concept to commissioning, Nickel Extraction Technology Proving Plant, a joint venture of CSIR and Hindustan Zinc Limited, which is one of the prestigious projects of our country and this technology is first ever in the world.
